The Artist Behind the Brush

When choosing someone for your live wedding painting, it helps to know a bit about your artist’s background. Still, your live painter may just as easily disappear into a quiet corner for hours capturing every color value, angle, and stroke. That would be just fine because in the end the work speaks for itself. The spotlight belongs to the couple as a beautiful painting will not be possible without the love that is exchanged between husband and wife as their surroundings blur and the dance becomes theirs alone. And it is not possible without that first kiss sealing the ceremony and the crowd erupts in joyful applause. Truly our work will not be possible without love. Live wedding painting is one of the few art forms secured on the basis of love.

With that said, I will make my introduction brief as I expand more on my style with live events and live wedding painting.

About me: I am an artist who adores weddings and loves to create art. I’ve created art since I was 2 years old and have attended renowned art schools such as Parsons School of Design in Paris and NYC. My main specialty is portraiture, and it is the one area where my perfectionism truly comes alive. I need to make sure that every millimeter of your face is rendered with intention. That smile you think is uneven, or that dimple sitting just below your eye is what captures your overall beautiful and truly human essence. Having a sharp eye for angles, proportions, or sudden shifts in expression is essential to capture what makes you uniquely you. This is why I love portraiture in a wedding setting because I have the honor of capturing you in your most joyous moment with your loved one.

I am originally a professional tailor. I even altered one of the dresses featured in my art portfolio. But I have recently picked up the brush again and developed a renewed love for art that is no longer graded by a strict rubric. Now, my work is measured by the joy and smiles on children’s faces when I paint their favorite cartoon across their forehead or cheek, and by the excitement a couple feels when they see their likeness captured on a stretched canvas.

If my work and art style resonate with you, I would love to capture your special moment. Feel free to contact me to check availability or start the booking process. I can’t wait to create something meaningful for you.
